Chicago meeting attendees ask for more in-depth sessions

In this Twitterfied era of short attention spans, attendees of the Association Forum of Chicagoland's 24th annual Holiday Showcase are bucking the trend toward sound bites. They have requested longer sessions at the upcoming Dec. 13 meeting, and organizers have delivered. This year's Showcase will include three "boot camp" education sessions clocking in at 105 minutes, for those who want a "deeper dive" into a topic, said Teri Jordan, vice president, member programs.
